At this hearing, Northern Iron is arguing that there are legal loopholes that don't let MPCA revoke the permit.
The hearing is in person and open to the public! It will probably last about an hour.

Evidentiary Hearing
This will be a five-day hearing where MPCA will present testimony supporting the permit revocation. MPCA says it is revoking the permit because Northern Iron lied, held back key information, and refused to correct its violations.
